Our mission

Lotwise is a fractional real estate investment platform that lets Nigerians invest in verified property projects starting at ₦10,000. We believe that real estate, the asset class Nigerians already trust most, should be accessible to more people, not just those who can afford to buy an entire property outright.

We break down quality real estate projects into affordable "lots" (fractional shares) so that individuals with disposable income can participate in property ownership, earn returns, and build long-term wealth.

Why we exist

Nigerians don't need convincing that real estate is a good investment. The challenge is access and trust. Most digital investment platforms have failed Nigerians. Opaque structures, broken promises, and outright scams have eroded confidence in anything that isn't a physical property you can touch.

Lotwise is built differently. Every property on our platform is documented and verified. Every investor can track the progress of their investment. Every naira is accounted for. We show, not tell.

Built with Startup Lab

Lotwise is being built through Startup Lab, a Nigerian incubator programme that supports early-stage companies through structured validation, mentorship, and go-to-market support. We are currently in Phase 2 (Prove), where our focus is validating whether a digital fractional approach can preserve the qualities that make real estate feel safe: transparency, verification, governance, and visible progress.
